This policy is to insure we have a mutual understanding so everything can run smoothly.      

 As a specialist, I really value my time and expertise.  The energy I put forth is to help you to learn to manage your natural hair and provide you with the best service possible. 

I’m asking if you could please respect the instructions below:

  •  It’s impossible to give an exact price until we have a consultation. Every client is different then the other.

  • Please be on time for your appointment so that we can maintain the flow of the day.  If you foresee that you may be late, please call right away. I'll try to accommodate you as best as possible. 

  • Once you book your appointment, you should receive an email confirmation. This will include the date, time and location of the appointment.  

  • I have reserved time especially for you so please schedule your appointments accordingly. If cancellation is necessary, please notify me within a minimum of 12 hours before the date to prevent inconveniencing others.


  • If you are not satisfied with the nature of the services, please notify me within 1 week of your visit and i’ll do my best to accommodate you.  It's important that you are happy.

  • Clients that are getting extensions, before  you book your appointment please confirm with me what you’re getting so I may accommodate you.  You can Whats'app me a photo of what you’ll like to get done so that I am prepared

  • Extensions do not include the hair.  If you’re not clear then please contact me so that I may assist you.

  • As of now, I accept cash and Paypal and bank transfers.
