I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY were I started focusing on my passion to promote naturally curly hair. 

In 2001, I relocated to Atlanta GA where the black hair movement was growing.  There, I opened a natural hair & wellness center catering to styling, caring, and education for curly hair.  It became so popular that many were happy and thankful to have the information present and began going natural. 

Being a fundamental part of the natural hair community and having over 30 years experience in the curly hair industry, I am still committed to raising awareness for topic.

Today natural hair has become a huge movement and I’m thankful for playing a huge role in the outcome of this movement.
