It’s important to make the best of your appointment, so I would appreciate it if you read my policy before hand in order to best accommodate you and myself.

 I begin my service with a consultation and with that I set a price.  The prices listed are starting prices and may increase due to hair mass, product use, time, or detailed work it requires.

As a Specialist, I value my expertise.  The time and energy I put forth are to help educate you on how to manage your hair and provide you with the best service possible.


Please note that I am working from my home studio, so please be aware of the preparation needed before your appointment:
  • It would be best to shampoo and condition your hair before hand, if you haven't cleaned it within the week.
  • Please do not put any products in your hair.  For example, no leave-in conditioner, moisturizer, oil, gel, etc. I have the relevant products for your hair.
  • You can dry your hair after shampooing it because I’m going to rewet it in order to cut or style your hair anyway.

Appointment PREPARATION


This policy is to insure we have a mutual understanding so everything can run smoothly.       

I’m asking if you could please respect the instrUctions below.

  • I have reserved time especially for you, so please schedule your appointments accordingly. If cancellation is necessary, please notify me within a minimum of 12 hours before the date to prevent inconveniencing myself and others.
  • Please be on time for your appointment so that we can maintain the flow of the day.  If you foresee that you may be late, please call right away. I'll try to accommodate you as best as possible. 
  • Once you book your appointment, you should receive an email confirmation. This will include the date, time and location of the appointment.  
  • The prices listed are starting  prices.  It's impossible to give an exact price until we have a consultation. Every client is different than the other.

POLICY

  • If you are not satisfied with the nature of the services, please notify me within 1 week of your visit and I'll do my best to accommodate you.  It's important that you are happy.
  • Clients that are getting extensions, before  you book your appointment, please confirm with me what you're getting so I may accommodate you.  You can WhatsApp me a photo of what you'll like to get done so that I am prepared.
  • Extensions does not include the hair.  If you're not clear then please contact me so that I may assist you.
I accept cash and all major credit cards at the moment.
